나무가 하는 말을 들었습니다.
우뚝 서서 세상에 몸을 맡겨라.
너그럽고 굽힐 줄 알아라.
 
하늘이 하는 말을 들었습니다.
마음을 열어라, 
경계와 담장을 허물고,
날아올라라.
 
태양이 하는 말을 들었습니다.
다른 이들을 돌보라.
너의 따뜻함을 다른 사람이 느끼도록 하라.
 
냇물이 하는 말을 들었습니다.
느긋하게 흐름을 따라가라.
쉬지 말고 움직여라-- 
머뭇거리거나 두려워 말라.
 
작은 풀들이 하는 말을 들었습니다.
겸손하라, 
단순하라.
작은 것들의 아름다움을 존중하라.

I Listen to the tree, and they say;
"Stand tall yield,
Be tolerant and flexible"
 
I Listen to the sky, and it says;
"Open up, Let go of the boundaries
and barriers, Fly."
 
I Listen to the sun, and it says.
"Nurture others.
Let your warmth radiate for others to feel."
 
I Listen to the creek, and it says;
"Relax; go with tre flow.
Keep moving --don't be hesitant or afraid."
 
I Listen to the small plant, and they say;
"Be humble. Be simple.
Respect the beauty of small things."
